A good night’s sleep should help your body recover, not leave you waking up stiff, sore, or frustrated.


As a chiropractor, I talk with patients all the time about back pain, neck tension, sleep posture, and the things they can do at home to support their spine. One question I hear often is:


“What kind of mattress do you recommend?”


The truth is, there is no single perfect mattress for every person. Your body, sleep position, comfort preference, and current symptoms all matter.
